We are looking for a new dedicated colleague to join in our CEE and Romania Sales team this year!What can you expect?The right person can expect an interesting and developing position in a fast-paced international environment with good working conditions. The team you will be joining is well-functioning and cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone. Besides being responsible for full sales processes in Western part of Romania (Timisoara, Cluj, Arad, Oradea) and relevant countries from the CEE cluster, your tasks will include also:Manage and develop on cluster and local level the assigned Key Account portfolio (KA) in line with the future Account Plan to meet the objectives of growth and profitabilityTo take overall cluster and local development responsibility of the assigned KA and increase the share of walletTo promote and sell differentiating Industry Solutions based on SGL’s Products and SolutionsTo increase relationship stability by diversifying product offerings and developing multi-level contacts relationship between KA and SGL main stakeholdersSales ManagementOn cluster and local level owns the customer and coordinates with the relevant SGL team of Corporate Key Account Manager(s) and Corporate Traffic Controller in the various geographical areasDiagnose KA Supply Chain set up and identify Supply Chain Solutions opportunities. Develop and prepare strategic investment proposal in close cooperation with relevant country and regional functions.Develop and Execute Key Account PlanIncrease share of wallet and profitability to achieve KA’s development objectivesBuild a pro-active sales approach based on the customer needs and the Unique Selling Propositions of SGLEnsure full adherence of KA SOP across the organizationTake cluster lead role and actively participate to KA RFI & RFQ opportunitiesPrepare RFI & RFQ Post-Mortem analysis and share with Tender Management, Products and any other relevant internal stakeholdersWork and cooperate with relevant Corporate, Regional and Country functions to secure and further increase customer satisfactionCustomer RelationshipBuild up and further improve all customer relationships and participate in all relevant meetings with the customer in order to position SGL accordingly.Develop multi-level contacts between customer and SGL for proper reciprocal function interfacesAct as a mediator between KA, SGL and suppliers, assuring the SGL team is the focal point for escalationsThorough identification of KA cluster potential and regular update across all KA logistic spends. Update share of wallet and drive development priorities on the Account Plan.Gather Strategic Forecast informations from KA and is responsible contacts to communicate and update logistic requirements to relevant SGL Product Organizations on monthly / quarterly basisEnsure the timely measurement of the agreed and committed KPI’s towards the customer prior to every customer MBR, QBR respectivelyGeneral ManagementDisplay strong leadership skills both externally towards Customer and internally towards relevant teams / functions Close and regular alignment of the Key Account Manager and the respective Product, Country and Regional Managers on all relevant business aspectsEnsure full adherence to CRM processEnsure full adherence to SGL Sales processWhat do we expect?As this is an excellent opportunity to join a major player in the logistics industry, we expect that you can identify yourself with our key DNA-words and values and work according to these.
