Position DescriptionJob Summary: Administer sales finance processes with accuracy, completeness, timeliness and in accordance with Sales policy.Responsibilities : Provide finance and analytical support to the country and regional Sales ControllersMaintain a timely and accurate sales finance process and reporting.Perform Sales reporting and Sales close in accordance to the Monthly TimetableProvide a daily report of sales performance analysis, to be used within the sales departmentCalculate and report annual audits and no startsEnsuring the implementation progress is maintained to drive accurate reporting of sales backlogLiaison with Sales and wider business to ensure sales is in line with Global policy, ensuring thus adherence to sales controlsAssist the Sales Controllers/Project Managers or TL in projects to improve efficiency and accuracyDocument or update process documentation accordingly so that the knowledge can be shared across the team and provide training as necessaryProactively support other team members as they learn and perform the operational sales finance activities while ensuring country rotationSupport the transition into the Sales Database while providing clear checks to evidence the integrity of the figures in the Sales Database and other specific reportsLoad Sales numbers into Sales Database and Financial Reporting system Hyperion PlanningCalculate and report Sales associate and Sales Leader commissionsProcessing of sales orders including ensuring all back up documentationOther tasks and responsibilities that are in line with your roleSOX ComplianceRespect and align to ADP Policies and Procedures Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and DatabasesOracle and Hyperion Planning experience is a plusGood spoken and written English; French - B2 level Soft Skills: Innovation and problem solvingSolution focusedCommunication and influencingTeamwork and co-operationResults orientationFlexibility and organizational commitmentService orientationAttention to detailDemonstrable ability to communicate at all levelsAbility to work as part of a team as well as autonomously essential
