Be innovative, bring unexpected ideas, push the boundaries, and contribute to solving complex challenges! THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOUTo manage and develop a number of clients from Sud East area of Romania (Constanta, Galati, Braila, Tulcea, Buzau, Slobozia, Calarasi, Bucuresti)Manage and maintain the relationship with customers from the allocated area to develop the business for the whole product portfolioReach sales objectives ( sell in, sell out) and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the National Sales ManagerMaintain a good collaboration with merchandisers and consultants from stores, constantly considering the optimal use of resources in the geographical area assignedImplement in the points of sale the recommended planograms, agreed assortment, secondary placements, and other promotional elements . Identify the potential and development opportunities of the point of sales in the area of responsibility, create and implement action plans meant to materialize the identified opportunitiesTogether with the National Sales Manager, organize and optimize client visits and daily routes,Organize and optimize routes and schedule for merchandisers and shop consultants Build customer business using data, knowledge and resources: sales figures , merchandising , assistance technique , information on consumer behavior in different categories Constantly shares feedback on actions, undertaken by clients and / or competition, which can impact the business evolution.
