Knowledge of Oracle Portfolio – a plus – Languages: Romanian; English, Russian Career Level - IC3You should: Be able to work autonomously to develop the MD market, rolling up and executing Oracle Strategy. Be able to identify the right tactics to implement a healthy growth into the territory of responsibility. Demonstrate first class commercial experience (sales) having enhanced margins and achieved profitable growth. Ability to work under pressure with tide and short deadlines. Can think creatively and innovatively and have exceptional influencing skills. Been able to identify the customer’s needs, Act in a client facing capacity to develop additional work revenues across the territory with new and existing clients. Preferable degree in IT Science and best- with an MBA Be a proven professional with in-depth expertise within IT and IT services market. Be able to demonstrate a track record of profitable delivery and growth. Have a network of contacts in the country and industries and be held in high regards. Able to drive his actions in line with Oracle strategy.
