Dacă aveți experiența necesară și pasiunea de a contribui la succesul echipei noastre, aplica acum! Responsabilitati si sarcini specifice postului:1. Concepe impreuna cu Directorul de Vanzari strategiile si proiectele specifice, implementeaza strategiile pe termen scurt mediu si lung privind activitatile specifice si relatiile cu clientii. 2. Urmareste mentinerea si functionarea optima a operatiunilor logistice din aria sa de expertiza, optimizand permanent indicatorii de eficienta in vederea atingerii obiectivelor de performanta ale Companiei.3. Analizeaza evolutia pietei, venind cu propuneri de investitii si dezvoltare; identifica oportunitati de crestere ale afacerii si consolideaza avantajul competitiv prin identificarea de servcii noi, de clienti noi si incheierea de contracte avantajoase cu acestia, in scopul respectarii strategiei si atingerii obiectivelor stabilite. 4. Contribuie la crearea si punerea in aplicare a celor mai bune practici de strategie, procese și proceduri pentru a ajuta si a imbunatati performantele operationale privind calitatea si eficienta serviciilor oferite, asigurand suport in imbunatatirea continua a procesului de operare si la indeplinirea obiectivelor Companiei.5. Propune conducerii departamentului proiecte de dezvoltare corespunzatoare ariei sale de activitate, implicandu-se in implementarea si gestionarea acestora in conditii de eficienta si productivitate, cu respectarea obiectivelor Companiei.6. Pastreaza confidentialitatea informatiilor de natura comerciala/economica/tehnica/operationala cu impact in activitatea companiei, informatii continute in documentele pe care le primeste de la clienti si colaboratori; cunoaste si aplica normele si practicile organizationale stabilite.7. Contribuie la imbunatatirea continua ale proceselor lantului logistic si la indeplinirea obiectivelor Companiei.8. In cazul aparitiei unor incalcari ale clauzelor contractelor, evalueaza pagubele si cauta solutii de remediere a acestora in conditii de eficienta si calitate; gestioneaza problemele cheie care decurg din relatia cu clientii.9. Asigura rezolvarea problemelor aparute pe parcursul procesului operational si informeaza la timp seful direct despre problemele aparute si pe care nu le poate rezolva la nivelul sau.10. Evalueaza impactul intregii activitati pe care o realizeaza si il comunica conducerii.11. Intocmeste documente, rapoarte, analize si informari, conform procedurilor si instructiunilor in vigoare sau solicitate de seful ierarhic. Intocmeste rapoarte de activitate si ia masurile necesare in vederea cresterii eficientei si a activitatii firmei.12. Monitorizeaza in timp progresul atins fata de obiectivele propuse si raporteaza managerului direct, stabileste, organizeaza si mentine un standard ridicat in relatiile de lucru cu persoanele implicate in activitatile Terminalului, cu liniile maritime, agentii de expeditie, expeditorii, comisionarii, autoritatile feroviare si alte parti implicate.13. Face propuneri de imbunatatire a stilului de lucru pentru a maximiza eficienta atingerii obiectivelor propuse.Responsabilitati generale, valabile pentru toti salariatii:1. Aplica, respecta si actioneaza in activitatea desfasurata conform prevederilor regulilor interne ale Societatii.2. Aplica, respecta si urmareste aplicarea tuturor Procedurilor si Instructiunilor de lucru din cadrul departamentului in cadrul caruia activeaza, precum si a Procedurilor de Siguranta si Sanatate in Munca in vigoare in Companie.3. Aplica si respecta prevederile procedurilor referitoare la prelucrarea si protectia datelor cu caracter personal valabile in cadrul Companiei.4. Comunica si colaboreaza in mod constant cu colegii din departament dar si din celelalte departamente ale Companiei, asigurand suport in rezolvarea problemelor sesizate de acestia si indeplinirii in timp util a obiectivelor sale cat si ale Companiei. 5. Informeaza permanent colegii de serviciu, impartaseste cunostintele, experienta, ideile si informatiile cu ceilalti membrii ai organizatiei.6. Este responsabil de realizarea corecta si in timpul solicitat a sarcinilor de serviciu incredintate de catre seful ierarhic.7. Responsabil de indeplinirea performantei profesionale personale.8. Evita orice potential conflict de interese, precum si orice acuzatie de luare si dare de mita; nu va utiliza in interes personal informatiile oficiale dobandite pe perioada angajarii.9. Nu va profita sau nu va incerca sa profite in interes personal de orice informatii oficiale dobandite pe perioada angajarii in cadrul Companiei.10. Pastreaza confidentialitatea informatiilor continute in documentele pe care le primeste de la societate, clienti si colaboratori; cunoaste si aplica normele si practicile organizationale stabilite.11. Raporteaza imediat sefului ierarhic orice comportament neadecvat care contravine politicilor, procedurilor sau regulamentelor si instructiunilor in vigoare, ale persoanelor angajate sau vizitatorilor, autoritatilor sau persoanelor implicate in activitatile companiei.12. Raporteaza imediat sefului ierarhic orice incident aparut in aria lui de lucru (avarii ale echipamentelor companiei, ale navelor) si raniri sau accidente ale persoanelor aflate in aria sa de lucru (inclusiv a propriei persoane).13. Raspunde prompt solicitarilor superiorului ierarhic, respectand termenele limita trasate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si procedurile interne.14. Informeaza in timp util reprezentantii departamentului in cadrul caruia activeaza in cazul aparitiei starii de oboseala, conform prevederilor interne.15. Respecta programul de lucru comunicat de reprezentantii departamentului in cadrul caruia activeaza, program elaborat in conformitate cu prevederile legale in vigoare.16. Se adapteaza schimbarilor de prioritati sau situatiilor neprevazute, procedurilor noi de lucru precum si modului de lucru in echipa, cu respectarea normelor de protectia muncii.17. Se asigura de integritatea echipamentelor, a elementelor auxiliare navelor aflate la operare, a utilajelor si a oricarui bun pus la dispozitie de Companie, pentru exercitarea sarcinilor zilnice.18. Asigura colectarea selectiva a deseurilor (hartie, plastic, sticla, metal, gunoi menajer care provin din activitatea proprie.19. Participa la activitatea de instruire periodica de Protectia Muncii si PSI pentru salariati.20. Asigura fiecarui lucrator instruirea suficienta si adecvata in domeniul securitatii si sanatatii in munca si al situatiilor de urgenta sub forma de informatii, instructiuni de lucru, specifice locului de munca si postului sau. We are seeking a candidate with a background in Logistics or Freight Forwarding, capable of driving profitable growth in this role. If you have the requisite experience and a passion for contributing to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.Key Accountabilities: The main purpose of the Sales Representative Intermodal position is to prepare and provide the necessary documentation for all DP World Logistics Romania activities related to legislative/customs procedures and client requirements. Respects the flow of documents according to internal, legislative/customs procedures, as well as according to client requirements, ensuring that they are fulfilled in the time intervals requested by them; centralizes and reports the activities carried out, by completing a daily activity report that includes the number of declarations submitted daily to customs, the number of articles, reference, BL, company name, type of import, the value of the goods on the invoice, the value of customs duties and the value of VAT; correctly completes the customs declarations and all related documents, supports the prepared declarations, at the express request of the customs authorities; distributes the documents and makes copies of them for own records in accordance with the requirements of the sender, the recipient, the company and/or the countries of destination, in due time. Correctly and timely issues transport documents, specifications, CMR and other specific maritime export documents, strictly respecting the related rules and regulations, ensuring the compliance of documents and information from clients regarding goods prohibited or restricted for transport , sanctioned or embargoed countries; and ensuring the correctness of the documents related to the export and import maritime cargo lots and informs all the parties involved in the event of irregularities. Send notices to the client/company offices regarding the pick-up details, customs formalities, travel details and delivery details related to the export/import maritime cargo lots. Check compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, imposed by the countries of origin, transit and destination, to avoid errors, delays, fines, etc. for DP World Logistics Romania or the company's clients; verifies the correctness of documents related to export and import maritime cargo lots and informs all involved parties in case of irregularities. Provide assistance to clients/offices or company agents related to various issues (. unclosed T1 documents, contested invoices, .
