: As part of our continued growth strategy Kronospan now has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and committed Sales Representative! The Sales Representative will work to promote Kronospan products to customers within a designated region. This is a full time and permanent position.Challeges of the role:Coordinate and organize sales activity from his area and establishes good collaboration with all the dealers;Focused in increasing the clients portfolio and sales;Establish meetings with our clients and potential clients, and makes sure that acts as a promoter of our products and offers advice and guidance;Is always up to date with the market trends and aware of competitors in the area; Attends to specialized fairs and also organizes events on behalf of Kronospan;Responsible for presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the company's standards and business policies;Negotiate prices and payment terms within the specifications given by the sales director;Acts as business partner and elaborates strategic planes in order to make sure that the objects and targets of the company are met;Responsible for monthly forecast regarding the sales plans;RequirementsRequirements:What do you need to succed:Minimum 3 years proven sales experience within the wood panel industry;Previous hands on experience in selling, distribution and construction/building materials industries;Strong presentation & negotiation skills;Organised, a good planner and strong communication skills;Be target driven;Knowledge of Microsoft Office;Good english knowlage, writting & speaking; Preferably located in Bangkok;Available for travels; What we offerBenefits:Just some of what we are able to offer:Challenging job in an international company;Competitive remuneration package;Bonus system supporting good performers;Personal development opportunities,Initial training and ongoing support during implementation to work;
