Job Description Sales Specialist – medical devices Location: Sibiu Our client is an international company active in the medical devices industry, focused on innovation and excellence, looking for a Sales Specialist based in the center of Romania, covering Sibiu & Brașov County. The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals and medical facilities. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and professionals, understanding their needs, and providing product solutions that enhance patient care. Responsibilities: Prepare financial proposals and necessary documentation, including the participation to tenders in accordance with the financial policy of the company. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials for medical professionals. Achieve the established medical device procedures in the allocated accounts according to the company’s policy and plan. Deliver training and continuous support for the medical professionals (Operation Room, Anesthesia, Sterilization etc.) in accordance with the established training quality metrics. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Build and maintain strong professional relationship with hospitals’ management. Develop partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and support them in spreading positive messages for the medical device used for surgery. Identify potential collaborations with medical professionals and present and propose the company products, interacting with stakeholders from the hospital management team as well. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, sales experience in the medical devices field would be a plus. Great presentation and negotiation skills. Advanced communication skills both in English and Romanian. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to travel as required. Motivation to develop and grow – the company is offering a series of trainings and certifications.
