Job Description

☕ Job Description: Sales Systems Admin Romania

The Sales Systems Admin Romania role is a crucial support and execution position focused on maintaining the tools and data the Sales team relies on daily. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to learn the foundational processes of sales operations.

The Sales Systems Admin reports to the Shopper Marketing & Sales Analysis Manager. This position is located in Bucharest.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Sales Technology Command Center & Field Support: Own the back-end maintenance and functionality of our core Sales Force Automation (SFA) application that include:Assisting with user management (setting up new users, deactivating old ones), implementing simple configuration updates, performing routine checks to ensure data integrity, liaising with the SFA technical supplier for troubleshooting simple issues.Field Force Routing & Process Guardian: Support the maintenance and upkeep of the Field Force Routing and Planning systems. Work with Sales Managers to process updates to store lists and territories to help optimize visit plans. Help ensure the system accurately reflects planned store visits and aligns with current commercial priorities.Promo Activation Execution: Act as the cross-functional liaison with Shopper Marketing and Key Accounts teams. Ensure that all agreed-upon promotional activities, trade deals, and new product activations are accurately and timely reflected within the SFA application, guaranteeing that the field force executes the correct plan and reporting data is reliable.
  • Performance Insight Architect & Voice of the Field: Design, maintain, and evolve Power BI dashboards and reports based on a deep understanding of the field team's specific reporting needs, transforming data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Sales Target Setting & Incentive Calculation: Ensure monthly sales targets calculations are accurately implemented within the back-end systems (SFA), providing the sales force with clear and measurable goals. Meticulously manage the Sales Incentive Plan calculation and results process for the direct sales force. This includes data verification, final result calculation, and coordinating the monthly approval matrix flow to ensure timely and precise payouts
  • Traditional Trade Distributor Bonus Monthly Calculation: Manage the process and calculation of bonus schemes for our Traditional Trade distributors. Ensure all calculation logic, data inputs, and payment outputs are accurate and align with contractual agreements, solidifying strong commercial partnerships.

  • Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about sales;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical, coordination, or administrative role. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related quantitative field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Business Intelligence tools like Power BI;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite: especially Excel;
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • FMCG experience is a plus;
