Connect with colleagues to understand how to improve their work experience and then translate their requirements into enhancements of our interconnected platform that is serving the revenue driving part of UiPath, with 15+ solutions like Salesforce, Outreach, Partner Community, Customer Portal and Gong. What you'll do at UiPathCollaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects and business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirementsUnderstand all the business processes in the existing Salesforce implementation including integrations with other applicationsAnalyse requirements and architecture vision to propose Salesforce design solutions as requiredBuild solution design documents and decompose the solution into manageable tasks to be picked by the build teamsProvide design assurance by periodic review of the build activity and assist with building as neededHands-on declarative configurations across multiple Salesforce CloudsContribute to delivery planning by providing high-level estimatesActively work on technical debts in the current Salesforce implementationProactively work on Proof of Concepts to showcase any feature/functionality / possibility in Salesforce to fulfill any business requirement or increase business productivityStay current on Salesforce releases and explore new Salesforce features What you'll bring to the team4+ years hands-on experience using Salesforce Proficient in building solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds. Strong Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation toolsAbility to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needsSkilled at defining and documenting business processes and requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives and translate them into technical solutionsWorking knowledge of custom development concepts such as flows, lightning components, apex, triggers and web servicesExperienced in executing gap analysis and requirements traceability matricesExcellent communication skills and collaborates well with multi-functional teamsAble to work autonomously with minimal guidance#LI-CS1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
