Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!Responsibilities:Support the handling of the queue with outstanding incidents and change requests. Monitor process chains, monitor systems, recover processes, communicate to the stakeholders for failures, coordinate with other teams for recovering of failuresAdvise on - and analysis of repetitive issues and incidents Perform root cause analysis of incidents with documentation on high priority incidentsManage, design, code and configure all system changes introduced in an assigned solution domain and own the delivery of improvements and resolution of system issues to the relevant team/s Provide application analysis (Fleet Ops systems (i.e. NOLS, Alwin, SAP), Finance systems, Insurance systems, external systems) and data modelling design to collect data for the Data Repository (BW/4HANA) Advice on how to extract data from the LP source systems into the warehouses and present them in user friendly ways for our stakeholder / customers.Requirements:Graduation in Engineering (Preferred Computer Science)/ Post Graduation with 5 years (+) experience working in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, 7.3 and SAP BW/ 4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud.Good knowledge of the core SAP BI application (BI Extractors & loads, Cubes, Reports and Analytical tools) and related batch job schedulesExperience in Agile and Support methodology/framework (e.g. ITIL)Act as a partner to Business & Digital/IT users to perform hands-on developments in Incident & Problem Management, Projects, Small & Major changesExperience in collaboration with different domains (functions) in a multinational environment.Be able to support and where needed also challenge requirements in the role of a SME (subject matter expert). Together with Business user to validate the functionality as per business needs, support testing (IST & UAT) and User trainingExcellent written and verbal communication around issues, managing escalations.Experience in client facing and managing outsourced partners.Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressure.Good understanding of agile ways of working (DevOps model), knowledge on ITIL processes.Knowledge of Lean/ 6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodologyCertification in SAP BW/4HANA preferredWhy LeasePlan?LeasePlan is a global leader in Car-as-a-Service, with approximately 1.9 million vehicles under management in 29 countries.
