The SAP Delivery Manager & PM assists during the Bid Phase of the customer engagement by providing input into the proposal especially in the area of delivery methodology and delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment. You will be responsible for owning both the management and delivery of services to customers in adherence with specified SLA’s; whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and the service is delivered in line with the agreed contractual terms, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities: Play a key role in presales working together with the Sales team. When a new opportunity is identified, you will review project proposals to determine scope and goals, project time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project goals and objectives Act as a lead for SAP implementation & support for clients’ project Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies Understand the customer’s requirements, business process cycle, solution landscape and manage resources appropriately Identify client’s needs and lead team on project delivery Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties Ensure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective manner Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level. Qualifications More than 10 years of experience working as a Functional or Technical Consultant in multiple SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD More than 4 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager on SAP implementation projects Experience in delivering Fixed Price Projects (FPP) or Time and Material (T&M) engagements, preferably in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and/or Sales/Logistic area (MM,SD…) Prior experience in a consulting role, working closely with clients to define project objectives and requirements Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, allocate resources, and oversee project execution Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies You have experience in growing, developing, managing a team and are familiar with ITIL processes Experience in building a team from scratch is a plus An advantage is SAP S/4HANA, IT Service Management or Project Management certifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management You are a team player, customer oriented and like to take initiatives You can express yourself fluently in English.
