Responsibilities: Develop and constantly optimize intuitive, informative and visually appealing QlikSense dashboards tailored to specific business needs. Integrate QlikSense solutions with SAP systems (e.g., SAP ByD, SuccessFactors), ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Analyze complex datasets from SAP databases and other sources to derive actionable insights, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of data visualizations and reports. Collaborate with SAP specialists to optimize data models and extract relevant data for analysis in QlikSense, as well as with our Finance team and end-users to gather requirements and understand business objectives. Provide training and support to our internal end-users to enhance their proficiency in using QlikSense to ensure a data-driven decision-making process. Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in SAP and QlikSense to continuously enhance skills and improve the organization's BI capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and implementing QlikSense solutions within SAP environments. Strong understanding of SAP databases and data structures. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and experience with Qlik scripting. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
