ABOUT THE PROJECTFor our SAP Solution Delivery department, we are looking for a SAP S/4HANA FICO specialist to help us excel in the next steps of our S/4HANA journey in DSV. SAP Solution Delivery is part of the Group Applications IT in Global IT, and it is our responsibility to roll out SAP FI/CO/SD/MM across the global set-up in DSV, implement any other SAP-based solutions, help support and improve our business processes as well as stay compliant with legal regulations in various countries.In this role We offer you the opportunity to learn to use your skills in highly complex tasks and to contribute with your knowledge and ideas in a dynamic environment open to change. As we roll out the template and new functionalities, you will be part of a project team to ensure successful completion. Your responsibilities include:Providing solution recommendations, considering scope and client requirements as well as take care of the configurations on SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MMProviding functional support on SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MMEnsuring proper technical design, configuration, business requirements gathering and creation of technical specifications within the DSV SAP templatePreparing requirement, design, and technical documentationAssessing impact and gaps in the current business processesWorking with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutionsApplying problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and develop solutions to key business or technical challengeWe work closely with the business, and you can look forward to working with highly skilled colleagues in an open, informal environment where your input may be the next global functionality. Please note, occasional travel may be required. What we are looking for To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in SAP ERP as FI-CO functional consultant with experience in global roll outs. Other modules like SD/MM will be a big advantage. It is imperative that you speak and write English effortlessly as we are a global company, and our corporate language is English. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other similar areasIdeally have 2+ years of S/4 HANA experienceHave experience in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentationCan lead and communicate SAP data standards and limitations to the business and assist them to get data readyCan demonstrate understanding of end-to-end finance business processHave technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions Personally, you have good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, and use proactive communication to drive tasks forward. You know how to work effectively without supervision, even when things are busy, and when your team members are working in other locations. To thrive in this role, you are able to work on multiple tasks at once, enjoy working in a team and in a multi-cultural environment. You have a strong systems and process orientation particularly in finance with proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
