TASKS: Detailed analysis of technical issues in SAP Financial Accounting, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions Handling 3rd-level support tickets, including resolution and follow-up Working closely with customers to create specifications for technical implementation Implementing complex requirements in SAP FI/CO customizing Conducting end-user training in SAP Financial Accounting topics Continuously expanding your expertise in SAP Finance, including exposure to new SAP products Qualifications and Skills: Several years of professional experience in the core SAP Finance modules (FI, AA, CO) Solid understanding of integration points with logistics Experience in handling support requests (incidents, changes, service requests) Hands-on experience in customizing and implementation in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA Preferred: Knowledge of SAP programming (e.g. debugging) and interfaces (e.g. SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI) A strong service-oriented mindset A self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented working style Good command of German and English Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. for customer visits, company events, training, etc.) Comfortable with a hybrid working model – combining home office and on-site days
