SAP Senior Consultant (VIM) - Hybrid in Bucuresti

Job Description Location: BucharestWorkstyle: Hybrid, with 2 days of remote work*few exceptions can be made for really senior candidates outside Bucharest What You’ll Do: Lead functional design sessions, providing expert recommendations. Configure and test SAP modules to ensure optimal performance. Offer SAP VIM support to maintain seamless system operations. Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify requirements for customized solutions. Mentor junior consultants, promoting growth and knowledge sharing. Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable items for the agile team. Use quantitative and qualitative data to create business cases for stakeholders, driving business results and improving efficiency. What You Have: Expert knowledge of SAP, particularly in SAP Financial Accounting. Excellent communication skills in English, at a proficiency level of B2+. Willingness to work from the office, with occasional travel as required. 10-15 years of relevant experience in sourcing business/tech processes. Proven expertise in information analysis and management. Experience in process management within FMCG. Familiarity with Agile and release management in complex, multi-vendor environments. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Nice to Have: Previous experience with SAP S/4Hana implementation projects. Additional language proficiency.
