Recruitment Marketing/Recruitment Management SF Consultant Responsibilities: Expertise in recruitment marketing and Recruitment Management within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Ability to demonstrate integration knowledge in prior projects. Experience implementing Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Job Posting. Integration experience with SF Recruiting, Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and external systems. Strong business process consulting skills, understanding talent acquisition processes and advising on leading practices. French/Spanish language proficiency is a plus. General Requirements: Proven experience in similar roles, preferably with a background in large consultancies (E.Y, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Familiarity with SuccessFactors platform and relevant certifications.
