COMPETITION
„Iorgu lordan - Alexandru Rosetti” Institute of Linguistics of the Romanian Academy, Bucharest, str. Calea 13 septembrie no. 13, sector 5, organizes a competition Scientific Researcher - Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications field for a determined period within the grant PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2020-0451, Dialectele româneşti din nordul şi din sudul Dunării în context european [Romanian dialects from the north and south of the Danube in a European context], coordinated by SR I Dr. Hab. Manuela Nevaci.
The employment will be made with an individual employment contract concluded for a determined period during the project, on a part-time basis, as follows:
Scientific Researcher - field of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, specialization: Information and linguistic data security in databases: 2 hours / day in the period align="JUSTIFY"> The competition will take place in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 319/2003 regarding the Statute of the research-development personnel.
The competition will take place online, on Google Meet, as follows:

Conditions for filling positions:
In order to fill a vacant or temporarily vacant contractual position, candidates must meet the following general conditions, according to art. 3 of the Framework Regulation approved by Government Decision no. 286 of March 23, 2011, with subsequent amendments and completions:
a) has Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or the states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania;
b) knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;
c) has the minimum age regulated by the legal provisions;
d) has full exercise capacity;
e) has a state of health corresponding to the position for which he / she is applying, attested based on the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or by the authorized health units;
f) meets the conditions of studies and, as the case may be, of seniority or other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;
g) has not been definitively convicted of a crime against humanity, against the state or authority, on behalf of or in connection with the service, which prevents the administration of justice, forgery or acts of corruption or an intentional crime, which would make it incompatible with the exercise of the function, unless the rehabilitation intervened.
Job requirements:
Scientific Researcher - field of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, specialization: Information and linguistic data security in databases:
- Education required: postgraduate studies; the level of education: higher in the field of Electronic Engineering and the scientific title of doctor in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications.
- Required experience: research and development activity in informatics, information technology or higher education of at least 2 years or at least 4 years in other activities; job experience: communications networks, server-specific knowledge and experience used in communications networks and data storage, securing information and data from communication networks Web-specific programming (HTML, PHP, CSS, Java Script), specific architectures and programming databases (SQL).
The competition file will contain the following documents:
- 1) standard application form (forms available at the secretariat of the Institute);
- 2) legalized copies of the baccalaureate diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by the transcript, master's degree (where applicable), as well as a legalized copy of the workbook or copy-extract from the General Register record of employees, to prove seniority;
- 3) legalized copy of the doctor's diploma in the branch of science corresponding to the position, as well as of other diplomas or scientific or academic titles;
- 4) copy of the identity document or any other document attesting the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
- 5) legalized copy of the birth certificate (if the candidate has changed his / her name, copies of the documents attesting the name change - marriage certificate, final divorce decision, or proof of name change);
- 6) curriculum vitae (European model), signed and dated;
- 7) the list of published papers, accompanied by a copy of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 representative papers;
- 8) criminal record
- 9) medical certificate attesting to the corresponding state of health issued no later than 6 months before the contest by the candidate's family doctor or by the authorized health units.
- The certificate attesting the health condition contains the number, date, name of the issuer, and its quality, in the standard format established by the Ministry of Health.
- If the candidate submits a declaration on his own responsibility that he has no criminal record if he is declared admitted to the selection of files, he must complete the competition file with the original criminal record, at the latest by the date the first test of the competition.
