For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Coach with a very good knowledge of English to join our team. Your role: Supporting the team to work without impediments Supporting the team members to better work together Working with the team to define / coordinate the development process Ensuring the development process is executed as defined (ready to develop, all dev artifacts produced, refinements done) Monitoring the processes and teams (work on KPIs, OKRs) You will be responsible for 2 squads (5 employees each) You will report directly to a manager What you need: Min 3 years experience as a Scrum Master for a virtual team Fluency in English, with strong communication skills. Agile Proficiency: strong understanding and application of agile methodologies for efficient product development.
