Scrum Master (Analytics Team) in Bucuresti

Scrum Master – 12-month contract

We Are EA

And we make games – how cool is that? In fact, we entertain millions of people across the globe with the most amazing and immersive interactive software in the industry. But making games is challenging. That’s why we employ the most creative, passionate people in the industry.

What a Scrum Master Does In QVS Analytics

The Scrum Master is in charge of how the whole process is played out from the start all through to the end. A Scrum Master manages the scope vs capacity and timeline of the entire project, which in turn guides them to set achievable goals. Therefore, what the team delivers at the end of every sprint has the required quality and supports the larger business goal.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team of data experts; to manage the processes, to guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization and fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks;

They will work with QV and Development teams to provide sound data insights that help create quality games.
