Job description: Facilitating team meetings, such as Dailies and Sprint Ceremonies (Review, Planning, Retro)Active monitoring and reacting to the situation in the team, removing the impediments, monitoring and improving the team spirit and wellbeingOrganizing training and trips for the teamActively participating in Scrum Master CommunityTaking care of the team and reporting directly to the Project Manager Requirements: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business IT, humanities or a comparable training2-5 years of practical experience with ScrumGerman C1English C1Assertiveness, confident demeanor, and consistent customer and service orientation
