And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONGlovo keeps growing day after day , that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Lawyer that will work with the HQ Legal Team of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business.THE JOURNEY Have a 360º role, providing legal support to all departments of the businessAssess and advice on the launch of new verticals, projects, commercial activities and operations challengesReview, analyse, negotiate and draft all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the businessBe the main legal point of contact of some of Glovo’s SEE countries (Romania and Moldova, among others).Be appointed as the compliance officer of Romania entityGet your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix itActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 7 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm with proven experience in regulatory law, commercial contracts and corporate law.Knowledge of other fields of law (labor and data protection are a plus)Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologiesProblem solver, Multitasking, Thinking out of the box, Organized and detail-oriented personInternational profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment Fluent in Romanian and English language (speaking and drafting)Knowledge of other languages is a plus (preferably Slavic languages)An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various , ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
