The Accounts Receivable Senior Administrator will be part of the global AR Team which is located in different parts of the world (Bucharest, Shanghai and India). Your Impact:Accountable and responsible to AR Activities on 18 PTC entities;A chance to make a difference in how PTC does its customer business;Lead improvement projects and stand out as a trend setterYou will be part of the global AR Team, located in different parts of the world, including Bucharest.Young and dynamic team focused on personal and professional improvement.Proactive and dedicated accountants, striving to work smarter.Your Day-To-DayAccountable and Responsible for the delivery of Invoices to the customer;Accountable and Responsible for Cash application activities;Accountable and Responsible for invoice customization and all manual transactions activities needed to ensure the correct creation of PTC invoices;Ensure SOX compliant processes are successfully performed.Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:AccountabilityExcel skillsDetail orientated and team workFluent in English is mandatoryTechnical skills in billing, accounting and/or taxSix Sigma/Lean projectsKnowledge of an ERP (preferable Oracle)Basic QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field3-5 plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar departmentLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
