With us, you’ll transform the eCommerce industry for customers like Bosch, 3M, Żywiec using top-notch technology stack that includes PHP, JavaScript (Vue.js and React), Python, Go, SQL and noSQL databases plus a variety of services cloud providers like AWS and Azure. Your daily tasks as an Senior Backend Developer / Lead: Using PHP knowledge to develop exciting eCommerce solutions Working in SCRUM and following Lean and Agile principles on a daily basis Creating integration with various systems Driving continuous improvement as a first line manager for the group of 5-8 developers Supporting your team in the projects they are working on Close cooperation with Project Managers, Solutions Architects and Engineering Directors Having autonomy and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills Taking part in pre-sales and sales processes as an technical expert You’ll be a perfect match if you: Have proven experience working with PHP (at least 4 years) Understand design patterns and know good practices e.g. OOP, SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, DRY, PSR Have experience with Symfony framework (or any other equivalent) Have an experience as a first line manager or a technical project leader Are a problem solver with can-do attitude and always looking for new solutions Have outstanding communicating and feedback skills Have advanced command in English (at least B2 level) It’s great if you also have: Knowledge of Management 3.0 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD systems Experience in languages like JavaScript, Python, Go Experience in working with public clouds (we work mainly with AWS and Azure) Drive towards making an outstanding Code Review Understanding of DevOps engineering field Experience in Vue.js / React.js What more can we give you?
