Senior Business Analyst in Sibiu

Responsibilities As a Business Analyst in our team, you will: Establish and build relationships with the client’s stakeholder, through a deep understanding of the business domain and consultancy. Gather and analyze business requirements. Provide solution directions and recommendations based on the client’s needs, environment specifics, and industry trends. Create and keep the product backlog up to date (create user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product vision and epics). Work closely with the engineering team, ensuring that the user stories are implemented in line with the product vision and timelines. Understand the market reasoning behind given requirements and ensure that the development team delivers according to global business goals and feature specifics. Closely observe industry trends in the area of application design and propose new solutions to the client. Qualifications and Experience Must have: Previous experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role – minimum 2 years. Agile experience – minimum 2 years. Client-facing experience - minimum 2 years. Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Domain knowledge (payments, technology, education, etc.). Attention to detail. Very good (verbal/written) communication skills (English). Very good negotiation skills. Nice to have: Experience with business analysis tools and techniques. Ability to understand technical approaches/concerns. Project/product management skills. Certifications related to the Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
