Senior Business Analyst - Process Redesign in Bucuresti

RoleThe Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Skills and attributes for success Ability to analyze and understand business problems and translate them into business requirements Proactive problem solving abilities and excellent communication and inter-personal skills Strong written and verbal communication in English and Romanian, as well as presentation skills To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor’s degree in technical or economics field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics) At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst in process design / process improvement roles Ability to review a process flow and identify inefficiencies and improvement / automation areas Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Visio process design software Ideally, you’ll also have Experience with UiPath RPA toolkit capabilities Understanding of operational / back-office areas (finance, HR, marketing) Experience with LEAN process redesign methodology Familiar with Agile methodology What we look for Ability to analyze and understand business problems and translate them into business requirements Proactive problem solving abilities and excellent communication and inter-personal skills Your key responsibilities Document internal processes into process maps using standard industry practices by working together with functional experts Analyze existing processes for areas of improvement using process reengineering methodologies and identify areas of improvement through changing process steps or automating activities Document complex requirements in standardizes formats (i.e. Solution Design Document) and define simple technical / functional tasks to be transposed in automation workflows Work with automation developers / architects to design well structured, feasible and easily maintainable automation solutions Identify and document new / additional requirements resulted from discussions with functional experts or automation specialists Evaluate together with the Solution Architect multiple options before proposing a preferred solution to the project team Assist functional experts / process owners in user acceptance testing of the automation scripts Assist process owners and automation specialists in analyzing and fixing defects Adhere to EY process design and automation standards, including preparing project documentation and ensuring all relevant approvals / reviews are completed on time Provide periodical status updates to the Business Transformation Leader and other key stakeholders Join project SCRUM ceremonies (i.e. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and report the status of assigned deliverablesContribute to the documentation of all the process and technical related deliverables required in project delivery and hand-over activities (e.g. run guide, defects log etc.)
