Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team. The Business Consultant will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions.Responsibilities:Utilize a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications, to support and enhance business processes.Lead and participate in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.Analyse and interpret business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements and functional specifications.Gather, document, and maintain detailed business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.Design and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.Apply a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes in the context of ServiceNow.Utilize agile methodologies and project management tools to manage and deliver projects effectively.QualificationsPrevious 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications.Proficiency in gathering and documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.Demonstrated interest in process design and optimization.Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (., Scrum, Prince2, Kanban).German and English fluent (min. B2).Nice to haveServiceNow certifications.
