Senior Business Intelligence Consultant in Bucuresti

Job Location: hybrid in Bucharest Recruitment process: introductory discussion technical interview Role description: As a Senior BI, you turn customer data needs into compelling Power BI reports, while navigating  between the functional and technical realms. Driven by innovation, you continuously seek to enhance  solutions with the latest techniques such as Synapse Analytics and Fabric, employing your efficiency at  problem-solving. You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team)  organization. RTST drives business value through providing best-in-class technical, functional, and integration expertise for a variety of products. You will be joining a company built and run by IT professionals who love what they do and enjoy sharing their knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm. Offer expert advice to clients on reporting and dashboard functionalities within Power BI. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, proposing improvements and uncovering customer needs by asking the right questions. Transform requirements into intuitive dashboards and reports. Analyse business data and communicate the story of it through user-friendly visualizations. Lead your team to ensure our customers get the best possible solutions. Lead internal and external presentations, training sessions, and workshops. Profile :  10+ years of experience on similar roles, with 5+ years of experience of Power BI. Advanced proficiency in data modelling and strong data analysis skills. Ability to adapt to different business processes and diverse domains of activity. A background in finance or related projects is a plus! Comfortable using DAX and SQL. Experience with the Kimball method. Prior experience in project management and/or leading teams. PL-300 certificate. Fluency in English (knowing Dutch is a plus). Occasional travel to the offices in the Netherlands might be required (once or twice per  year).
