Tasks
- Good Knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA - it covers employee master data, employee admin data like, organization, enterprise data, personal data, remuneration (Basic), bank data, time data
- Good Knowledge of SAP HCM modules OM - represent the hierarchy / network / channel of the organization
- Good/Very Good Knowledge of SAP HCM modules PT Germany - Well-founded customizing know-how to be able to create work schedules, new break plans etc.
- Good/Very Good Knowledge of SAP HCM modules PY - Well-founded specialist knowledge in the field of German payroll accounting including follow-up activities in order to be able to assist the specialist area with fundamental issues (handling issues)
- Creation / change of existing calculation rules / schemes
- Well-founded customizing know-how including creation/changes of schemes and rules in the area of payroll accounting
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Analytical ability to independently analyze / process tasks / tickets
- Analyze customers’ business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to SAP processes, solutions and products being implemented
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Ideally educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level or equivalent
- Proven success in contributing to a team environment
- Excellent English language skills and good German language skills are necessary
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
