Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model. Key requirements Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast-growing environment.Customer and action oriented.Self-motivated with good communication skills.Strong team player with positive outlook.Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities.Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries.SAP and Salesforce experience is an advantage.English Fluent + any other European language skills a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German). Key responsibilities Responsible for the generation and placement of Purchase Orders to Honeywell suppliers and non-Honeywell suppliers by using different SAP instances SAP, by adhering to and complying with procedures, policies and organizational systems.Responsible for the correctness of technical details, quantities, purchase price (in accordance with Honeywell's general contracts), delivery terms and conditions (in accordance with Honeywell's general contracts).Responsible for applying special price discounts for certain orders requested by the sales department.Planning, securing, and tracking the orders placed with the supplier and their timely delivery to the warehouse or to the final customer for direct deliveries, ensuring an excellent service for customers.Responsible for solving problems with suppliers, related to wrong deliveries, delays, product returns rejected for inadequate quality.
