Responsibilities •Responsible for managing the Private Bank Data Landscape data using Microsoft Access tool and prepare reports to senior management.•In-depth understanding of how data and data flows between various systems impacts end-to-end processes across the bank, ideally in the retail sector.•Gather data requirements from data consumers within the Demand Management process, including prioritization, validation and supporting planning process.•Assist in release planning by tracking and monitoring KPI values, and store evidence of KPI achievements.•Collaborate with the business stakeholders and (Area) Product Owner stakeholders in order to understand and refine requirements.•Conduct analysis for technical, functional and security requirements and discuss deep dive questions with technical and business teams.•Distribute and explain the requirements to the entire Scrum Team.•Contribute to transitions, migrations and establish with the project team different levels of estimations for the necessary work.•Manage the overall scope of end-to-end implementations from ramp-up, on time realization and continuous service delivery.•Be accountable for adequate activity and information management in Confluence and Jira. Skills Must have • 3+ years of experience as BA in teams, working with FE technologies• Technical background required, with a proven track record managing complex technical projects• Experience with interpreting and implementing data related regulations (e.g., GDPR, BCBS 239)• Excellent knowledge in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)• Good understanding of reporting solutions• Good understanding of data warehousing solutions• Ability to understand systems architecture• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills bridging the gap between technical and business professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration• Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence• Exposure to Scrum methodology and Agile environments• Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC) in enterprises• General understanding of IT infrastructure architecture• Experience working with virtual and global teams in matrix organizations• Strong sense of taking hands-on ownership and accountability• Intercultural awareness• Very good written and oral communication skills in English Nice to have German language is a plus Languages English: C1 Advanced Seniority Senior
