What You'll Do:
You'll lead and develop web applications—introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features.
Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts.
Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.
Who You Are:
BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of programming experience with strong proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Scala, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
Prior experience managing an engineering team is a plus
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions
Product-minded: dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Committed to quality through sound design principles, automated testing, and thorough documentation
Passionate about shipping performant, reliable software
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
A clear communicator and dependable team player
