Senior Frontend Angular/Spartacus- eCommerce in Bucuresti

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer (5-8+ years of experience) to join our team, working on a global eCommerce platform for a leading health & beauty retailer.

  • Lead and mentor other team members. 
  • Design frontend architecture.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices across the team.
  • Own features end-to-end: from design → development → testing → deployment.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders (business & technical).
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive delivery.
  • Contribute hands-on to coding, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Validate proof of concepts and propose optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and support the team.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals.
  • Contribute across the full product lifecycle.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Angular (Spartacus is a big plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7/ES8).
  • Solid experience with Web Components & State Management.
  • Hands-on experience with and Webpack.
  • Strong expertise in SCSS / CSS preprocessors.
  • Proven experience in frontend architecture and design.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

    • Nice-to-have: 

  • Experience in eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud / similar).
  • Understanding of functional programming concepts.
  • Experience in enterprise/global projects.
  • Exposure to frontend performance optimization.
