The team is responsible for the ownership and continuous development of ONE360, a customer information system that serves as a central workspace for SAP. ONE360 consolidates and delivers critical customer insights and tools, enabling strategic decision-making and proactive management of customer and partner accounts. As one of SAP’s most widely used customer information systems, ONE360 holds significant strategic importance within the organization.

Our team comprises skilled requirements engineers, data specialists, and developers committed to maintaining and continuously enhancing the ONE360 Dashboard. We work in close collaboration with business stakeholders, backend teams, and architects to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions with a strong emphasis on data integrity and user experience.
