Responsibilities
Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needsDeliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performanceDrive Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring effortsTeam collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clientsProvide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirementsNurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledgeQualifications
Must Have:
German language knowledge (full professional proficiency, C1 level or above)5+ years of experience in Web Applications using JavaScript and common libraries/frameworks (Angular), CSS and HTML best practicesKnowledge of Client-Server communication, protocols and REST principlesVersion control proficiency (Git, Atlassian, etc..) or any similar toolsGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging, performance testing Effective communication skills for both team collaboration and client interactionInterest and proficiency in XP practices (pair programming, TDD, DDD, simple design, etc.)Ability to adapt strategies and work methods to specific project contextsExperience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions for different componentsNice to Have:
