You will work collaboratively with other team members in USA and Europe to create robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients’ needs. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy tackling complex challenges, we want to hear from you.  About the Application Helio SaaS adopts a microservices-oriented architecture, featuring a database-per-service model. This design fosters a highly decentralized system where microservices do not engage in direct communication. Services are hosted on EC2 instances, leveraging Elastic Beanstalk, while database management is handled through RDS instances. Robust backend infrastructure encompasses various AWS services, including but not limited to Amazon Connect, Lambdas, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc. Notably, it incorporates Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality with external providers like the EMR system and Office 365. Responsibilities: ● Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current application and its infrastructure ● Develop and maintain web applications using React, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly interfaces  ● Design and implement backend services and APIs using .NET ● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation, ensuring reliable and scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS ● Utilize AWS managed services, including but not limited to: Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, SNS, Pinpoint, AWS Connect, and others, to build and optimize system architecture ● Spin up and configure new environments as required, ensuring seamless scalability ● Propose and execute cost optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency of the infrastructure ● Engage with tenants and clients when necessary, carefully understanding their specific needs and requirements, and taking appropriate actions to meet them ● Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality ● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement ● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Qualifications: ● Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with experience in .NET and React ● Experience with the core AWS services and with building or maintaining cloud-native applications ● Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, especially with Terraform and/or CloudFormation ● Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.) ● Understanding of Authentication/Authorization protocols and methodologies (e.g., OAuth, SSO) ● Experience with monitoring solutions/services like CloudWatch and X-ray ● Experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting of integrations with 3rd party services ● String problem-solving skills and proactive attitude ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills ● Proficiency in English language Desired Experience ● AWS certificates possession is not mandatory but it is a huge PLUS (Developer/Architect/SysOps) ● Experience in the HealthCare field and EMR/EHR systems Our Mission Improving healthcare through technological innovation.
