Senior General Ledger Analyst- - - - - - - - - - - -The Accounting Cycle Analyst ensures accounting quality of activities of one or more accounting cycles in accordance with Group-defined deadlines and local and Group accounting standards. What we’re looking for:Bachelor / Master in Finance & Accounting or proven working experience in Finance & Accounting Processes;Advanced level of English;Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment;Min. 3 years of experience in Finance&Accounting processes;Attention to details;Analytical and logical thinking, with initiative;Proactive;The Senior General Ledger Analyst will: Perform critical control and preparation tasks to review and justify monthly accounts and close books on time ,Validate all deliverables from his/her cycle(s) produced by all actors (CBS, Conduent, and related processes) included auxiliary accounting, specifically account reconciliations and justifications,Perform accounting cycle reviews of one or several cycles in accordance with deadlines and accounting standards (Group and Local),Deliver feedback to CBS Company(ies) Leader and chief accountant before company result validation and sending reporting package to consolidation team,Manage the daily relationship with the subcontractor following day-to-dayactivities and performance, supervising the escalation process, and providing the necessary validations for operational deliverables,Initiate and conduct operational action plan with the various actors (CBS, Conduent and related processes ...) to correct malfunctions and achieve the KPI, TCCI (Internal Control Compliance Rate) and SLA targets within his/her remit,For all cycle-related questions act as main contact of CBS Company(ies) Leader,Provide all the necessary assistance and data to the auditors or tax/regulatory controllers from his (her) cycle(s) and ensure their certifications without qualified opinion or absence of anomalies,Contribute to and participates in cycle(s) progress and cycle-related processes,Implement the validated standards in all his/her activities and propose best practices to develop future standards.In Michelin, we offer:Flexible work schedule and home-office options;A customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc.Private medical subscription; Life insurance; Luncheon vouchers and discounts; Deduction of vacation costs.How we recruit:Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
