Senior Integration Engineer (Workato)
4-week Contract | Remote
hedgehog lab is supporting a UK health technology client building software for private healthcare providers. The team is seeing growing demand for integration and automation work and is looking for one or more experienced Workato engineers to deliver it over the coming weeks.
The role involves joining the existing delivery team and working hands-on in Workato, building and maintaining the integrations and automations that connect the platform's business systems. This is active delivery work from day one rather than design or discovery, so you'll need to be productive in Workato immediately.
This role requires genuine, hands-on Workato expertise. It is not a role for engineers looking to learn the platform.
What we're looking for:
Strong, proven hands-on experience building and maintaining Workato recipes in production
Deep understanding of Workato's capabilities: connectors, recipe logic, error handling, environments and deployment
Solid API and systems integration fundamentals (REST, webhooks, authentication)
Experience integrating common business systems (CRM, finance, support and similar SaaS tools)
Ability to work independently within a collaborative delivery team and ship from day one
Experience within healthcare or regulated industries would be an advantage.
