Senior International Recruiting Specialist with English We are currently in search of a Senior International Recruiting Specialist with English to join our Human Resources department of the Marquardt Group in our location Sibiu (Romania). ResponsibilitiesWork closely and partner with hiring managers to betterunderstand their hiring needs and job specifications for each position (most ofthe positions are in the field of IT and R&D, technical positions)Create and maintain a database of qualified active andpassive talent to pull from as new positions open up in Germany (our locationin Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany);Stay active with current with job boards, social networks,and platforms to find talent;Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources andexecute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates;Follow up on interview process status and update recordsin internal database (Cornerstone);Develop and update job descriptions and jobspecifications;Source and recruit candidates by using databases, socialmedia (familiar with LinkedIn, XING) etc.Create specific reports for the recruitment department andfollow KPI's;Conduct phone interviews/technical interviews usingvarious reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidateswithin schedule;Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, softskills, experience and aptitudes;Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;Will replace the Team Leader of the recruitment team whenis necessary.Minimum QualificationsBS/MS in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology(or related field);English language (minimum B2, ideally C1);Proven work experience as a Recruiter (3-4 years ofexperience);Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured,competency-based, etc.);Hands-on experience with various selection processes andrecruiting software (phone interviewing, reference check, etc);Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-makingskills;Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, andinternet search.
