We are looking for a senior/mid Java developer ready to share and grow The position is in Warsaw or Lublin, in one of the feature teams for the Mortgage program (Mortgage 4). You will join the Mortgage program where we work on delivering state of the art solutions for the customers in Denmark. Our main task is to work on a big project in the Mortgage area, where we build a solution for about 20 different banks in Denmark. The project is interesting and challenging because it involves many different components and technologies. It is a scaled project, with 4 teams in BEC and about 9 teams in Nykredit working on it. As a developer you will have a chance to work with different aspects of the project, from design and refinement, through development, up to code review and deployment. You will also have a chance to work with different technologies like Java 11, Rest APIs, Angular 12, Camunda, Kafka, OpenShift, K8s, SonarQube etc. As a team architect, you will have a chance to dig deeper into the business processes and have a good understanding of how the system works. Later you will use this knowledge to help the team to design, plan and implement the upcoming features. We expect to spend up to 20% of your time as an architect and the rest on the development. Primary task and responsibilities As Java developer with a function of team architect, you will work closely with people in your team, as well as people outside of your team. You will be working with developers, other team architects, domain architect, BAs, testers, PO etc. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include: Work together with PO, other architects and team to design and plan new functionality of the systemDesign, model and code solutions that fit the problem domainTake responsibility for all development work and ownership of quality controlWork with other developers, testers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and other stakeholdersStay up to date with new technology and teach other developers how to incorporate new trendsParticipate in architectural meetings and be the team representativeGenerate ideas with other team members and offer insightful solutionsMeet tight deadlines with a cool headAttend meetings with clients and peers We are looking for you who love to explore and learn! Preferably, you have an educational background at Master’s level within IT or mathematics and 4+ years of relevant experience.
