Responsibilities : Jira maintenance: administration, upgrade, enhancements, integrations Create and manage enterprise standard workflow schemes field configuration schemes, screens schemes, permission, and notification schemes Manage company-managed Jira projects, workflows, custom fields and other global settings. Collaborate across the organization to gather requirements, develop, and deliver custom templates and workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (Jira Software, Service Project,HALP, etc.). Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend Jira capabilities, make dashboards for Jira Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, and support Jira configurations. Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices, Maintain documentation on workflows and processes implemented in Jira to support runbooks. Develop Jira templates, complex Jira workflows for different issue types to assist in Automation of provisioning.
