Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver key consulting energy and energy related assignments, including technical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and early-stage concept development.
- Advise clients regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
- Develop energy related consultancy team across CEE
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or Economical experience.
- Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
- Experience in the CEE region is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
- Fluent English (C1 or upper B2).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.
- (Nice to have) License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
