Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Team Culture: Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Promote Danfoss values and ensure a collaborative and motivated workforce. Drive employee engagement and retention through effective leadership.
Competence Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Delivery and production Performance: Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization to improve productivity and reduce costs. Implement and monitor KPIs for production efficiency and customer satisfaction in alignment with global standards.
Quality & Compliance: Lead a zero-defect culture and ensure compliance with customer specifications. Oversee quality control systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Optimize inventory and procurement processes to support smooth production flow.Ensure effective use of SAP and other digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with senior leadership to align factory operations with business strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in fabrication or mechanical engineering.
Experience with lean manufacturing, SAP systems, and quality management.
Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Personal Attributes:
