Mission:

Guarantee the quality, reliability and update of the master data linked to Products, Services & Vendors Master Data streams activities assigned to EBS.
Point of contact for any queries concerning Products, Services & Vendors activities received by email, phone or other tools.
Guarantee the preparation and updating the documentation of all Products, Services & Vendors processes. 
Usage of the existing procedures to perform the daily activities. 
Strong understanding of the systems used, how the dates are working and how the data is exported to the other systems.
Contribute to data cleansing activities and maintain the accuracy of the database according to the business rules.
Strong collaboration and involvement in streamlining initiatives.
Coordination of a range of tasks in the area of functional stream.
Mentoring of experienced and junior persons in the stream. 
Perform any task autonomously or in collaboration with the stream expert.
Identifies key issues and patterns from incomplete or inaccurate data.
Takes a broad perspective to problems and identifies new, less obvious solutions with focus on outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, create and / or update Master Data for Products, Services & Vendors stream including all related activities and processes.
  • Use existing procedures to solve daily tasks, resolve specific situations and support the colleagues from the countries (headquarters, service centers etc.).
  • Write the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the Products, Services & Vendors master data processes and update them in real time.
  • Share the knowledge within the team and collaborate with the other departments involved in the end-to-end process.
  • Understand the business context and the specificities of each country.
  • Respect the deadlines, consistency & accuracy of the data maintained for Products, Services & Vendors Master data processes.
  • Ensure business continuity during planned/unplanned absence by providing training for back-up/new colleagues.
  • Actively participate to trainings and workshops.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the processes under their area of responsibility; actively participate in process improvement or efficiency projects.

    • ACTIVITIES:

  • Manually create an article (via email or other tools);
  • Massive creation of articles (via email or other tools);
  • Update an article (via email or other tools);
  • Massive updates of articles (via email or other tools);
  • Inactivation of an article (ad-hoc request & yearly);
  • Reactivation of an article;
  • Block/unblock articles;
  • Packages management (creation, update & inactivation);
  • Auto-prompts management (creation, update & inactivation);
  • KB (Key billing prices) analyses;
  • Create and update purchasing prices on articles;
  • Create and update selling prices on articles;
  • Exports & reports (frequently or ad-hoc);
  • Interface errors management;
  • IS/IT errors;
  • Training for new joiners.
  • Create a vendor (via email, Google Form or other tool);
  • Update a vendor (via email, Google Form or other tool);
  • Inactivate a vendor (via email, Google Form or other tool);
  • Training for new joiners;
  • Reports.

    • QUALITY INDICATORS (KPIs):

  • Respect of all SLAs defined (number of SLAs not respected);
  • Reliability of the data load (number of errors);
  • Satisfaction surveys (implemented for country users).
