Kvik insists that the experience of purchase must be as comfortable as life in the kitchen. In 2019, Kvik had an annual turnover of about 1.5 BDKK and has the ambition to reach an annual turnover of 2.0 BDKK over 3 years. Project description Business project with the goal of implementing a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution for all Kvik stores. The main processes to be supported are; Resource management in D365 Field Service, with integration to Kvik website for end-customer-enabled bookings. Project management in D365 Sales for end-customer projects in stores. Project phases include design, sale, procurement, delivery, and installation. Projects are assisted by heavy integration with the ERP system for ordering and procurement processes. Management of store and salesperson information, to be displayed on website. Customer-oriented communication through Marketing Automation tools Technologies on the project Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Field Service, Sales) Dataverse Power Automate Power Apps Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) Azure Service Bus Azure Functions Azure App Services Quality system -Azure Devops Project methodology - Scrum (3 weeks sprint) What we expect from you: Ability to understand common business processes. Experience with full-lifecycle projects, design, development, deployment and go-live. Must have Technical understanding of Dynamics 365 CE (Solution Management, Dataverse entities, Model-driven apps) Advanced understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service (Schedule Board, Synchronization with Outlook, Server Side Sync Dynamics 365 App for Outlook) Advanced understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (Business Process Flows, Best practice use of Accounts & contacts) Basic understanding of Power Apps Basic understanding of Power Automate Will be an advantage: Basic understanding of ALM Processes Automated Testing Unit Testing UI Testing Basic familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central Familiarity with Agillic Personal competencies Be a Team Player Be honest and forthcoming.
