DESCRIPTION You can join one of our offices, which are located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice and Gdansk or work fully remotely. ABOUT THE PROJECT We as the Analytics Tools and Services Team work with curiosity and joy on understanding and solving complex data challenges. We are working closely together with different business departments in order to enable them to answer questions such as the best marketing channel, the most successful shoe model or the best performing customer cluster. The basis for our work is a powerful insights infrastructure. One of the most important cornerstones of our infrastructure is an enterprise reporting platform as the interface to our internal customers. We are seeking to strengthen our data enablement power. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business unit requirements and build dashboards / KPIsTroubleshoot, trace and improve dashboards, reports and performance-tune if neededPromote data analytics awareness across the company. Create educational content to share data insights best practicesOffer advice, training and support to business departments when it comes to working with data and data modeling. Help to design, document and maintain system processes REQUIREMENTS 3+ years experience working with MicroStrategy, the ability to develop schema objects and complex metrics, as well as reports based on these objects, knowledge of relational databases, SQL and DWH systems. Knowledge of other analytics and visualization tools is a big plusExperience in supporting your stakeholders with their use cases and troubleshooting any issues they might have.
