Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.In Optical Networks NSDC Poland global delivery team we serve to Nokia customer remote provisioning, configuration, design and troubleshooting of Transmission Network Elements.What you will learn and contribute toWe are looking for person who is able to perform consistently high level under pressure with good analytical skills.As part of our team, you will:Collation of existing customer network solution and associated design and configuration dataComplete understanding of provisioning in a transmission network environmentTransmission network pre-design and design creationTransmission network build, commissioning and provisioningWork with field engineers to ensure configuration is installed, error free and ready for testingAdherence to network security access policies and proceduresDrive all the activities needed to define new service during, if requiredCooperation with Process Engineer regarding migration process definition for new projects Your skills and experienceYou have:Candidate must have advanced optical networking skills including but not limited to CWDM and DWDM technologiesStrong Transmission equipment configuration and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Network Management System suit i.e.: One Control, Preside, Site Manager, ENM, TNM3+ experience in designing Transmission Network solutionsKnowledge of transmission equipment such as Infinera TM Series and TG series and Ciena and OME6500 Photonic Layer would be an assetTx Vendors certifications are a plusAbility to communicate in English both verbally and in writingGood analytical skillsIt would be nice if you also had:Infinera, Ciena transmission vendors knowledge or certifications What we offerNokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.
