We are looking for a person that:Has a problem-solving attitude;Can strongly understand the cross-departmental impact;Is detailed oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment;Has positive thinking attitude;Able to create cooperative environment within the team;Has an ability to communicate at all levels and apply high professional standards;Is customer oriented;Has an ability to prioritize own activities.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?Monthly KPIs reporting on the local and global level;Relationships with the stakeholders;Company’s Cash Flow.Reports toOrder to Cash Team LeaderNumber of Direct ReportsN/ACore RelationshipsInternal – End Market, Order to Cash department, other departments within BAT GBS,External – Customers, Bank entitiesGeographic Scope BucharestTravel RequiredN/AWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations;Provide support for Subject Matter Experts and Team Leader for Order to Cash specific activities;Maintain a close relationship with the EM/ Customers;Ensure all controls are in place as per the agreed SLA’s and internal procedures;Assist in the identification of continuous improvements to the GBS Order to Cash processes;Assist in training new colleagues in order to reduce process mistakes and improve accuracy and efficiency;Responding to EM queries in a timely and accurate way;Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into shared service, in line with the migration framework and plan.CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?Do you have knowledge regarding Order to Cash processes?ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Attention to details and problem-solving attitude;Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all levels and apply high professional standards;Positive thinking and ability to easily work with others;Good Microsoft Outlook (email), Word and Excel skills;Strong analytical and numerical skills;Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);Customer oriented skills and great teammate attitude;This role is a fixed-term contract for 1 year!BENEFICIAL:Experience in working with SAP for financial processes and systems would be an advantage;
