You will partner with internal team members across in the region and globally to be responsible and deliver excellent services for our employees and business across EMEA.What you'll doProcess EMEA regional monthly / Ac-hoc payrolls including equity transactions through 3rd party vendor, in an outsource arrangement on timely and a high degree of accuracy.Ensure payroll is processed according to company policy and country specific global and local statutory requirementsPrepare tax reports in partnership with Treasury and statutoryProvide day to day operation supports and answer to employee queries within SLA by business.Maintained proper payroll documentation on each process steps.Drive process improvements and lead exciting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity.Assist the supervisor/manager with gathering and responding to raised issues, policies, and procedures from government agencies, payroll functions, and the operating companies.What you'll need to succeedGenerally, requires (7+) years with EMEA regional payroll experienceBachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
