What your day will look like

Mission

If you are passionate about HR, enjoy supporting others, and want to deepen your expertise, this role is a great fit for you. As a People Relations Manager, you will play a key role in the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while also gaining exposure to the dynamic world of payroll.

In this role, you will deliver People & Culture services, ensure smooth administrative processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will also collaborate closely with our external payroll provider to ensure an accurate and compliant payroll cycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the P&C Business Partner (e.g., employment contracts, addendums, reference letters) and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations in partnership with the external payroll provider.
  • Continuously improve local People & Culture processes to enhance efficiency, digitalization, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality data and documentation within our HRIS and employee records.
    Provide guidance to employees and handle people-related requests (e.g., induction calls, exit interviews).
  • Coordinate mandatory health and safety visits and programs in alignment with local regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc People & Culture projects as needed.
  • Manage external providers related to employee services (e.g., Employer of Record, health insurance, pension providers, temporary remote work requests).
  • Act as a cultural ambassador to strengthen employee engagement and promote a positive working environment.

    • What you need to fulfill the role

    Experience

    University degree in business administration, HR management, or a related field.
    3+ years of experience in HR operations.
     

    Skills & Expertise

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with Romanian HR platforms (Revisal / Reges) is a plus.
  • Strong data entry, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Knowledge of payroll preparation and local employment legislation, particularly for Romania and the UK, is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Can-do attitude, resilience and a passion to bring clarity to cumbersome processes
