Mission
If you are passionate about HR, enjoy supporting others, and want to deepen your expertise, this role is a great fit for you. As a People Relations Manager, you will play a key role in the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while also gaining exposure to the dynamic world of payroll.
In this role, you will deliver People & Culture services, ensure smooth administrative processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will also collaborate closely with our external payroll provider to ensure an accurate and compliant payroll cycle.
Your Responsibilities
Provide guidance to employees and handle people-related requests (e.g., induction calls, exit interviews).
What you need to fulfill the role
Experience
University degree in business administration, HR management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR operations.
