Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior/Principal Software Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software for advanced Automotive Control Units. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of automotive technology, working on a sophisticated system that integrates BSP software, middle layer components, audio services on QNX, and the AOSP framework. Your work will drive innovation across Cockpit and ADAS systems. Your Impact: Translate complex system requirements into robust software architecture designs. Lead the technical selection and detailed design of critical software components, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Develop foundational frameworks and code key modules that set new standards in the industry. Partner closely with hardware teams to debug, test, and optimize software performance. Influence product and system planning, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance product competitiveness. Mentor and guide the development team, fostering growth and solving architectural challenges. Your Expertise: Mastery in C++ and C languages, with deep knowledge of kernel development interfaces. Extensive experience with Linux, QNX, and Android operating systems. Proven track record in BSP development for Android, QNX, or Linux platforms. Strong background in multi-threading, multi-processing, and embedded systems, including socket communication and file systems. Hands-on experience with cross-compilation environments, debugging tools, and system optimization. Skilled in designing reusable, scalable code with an eye for refactoring and design patterns. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical discussions and document solutions effectively. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
